BookTalk Event Partnership
Temecula, CA – INCLUDAS Publishing is thrilled to announce the partnership with the first ever virtual BookTalk Event that will run August 6th-8th, 2021. This event is created by TikTok book readers passionate about discussing books on social media.
Their mission “is to create a virtual event to broaden people’s bookshelves and widen networks to include new content creators, authors, and to engage in thought-provoking panel discussions that inspire critical approaches to reading and verse perspectives to the digital bookish community.”
BookTalk is a team of creators who believe that books are for everyone and that the power of digital platforms can bring people together. They strive to uplift marginalized voices and focus on giving spotlights to diverse authors and creators. Their event will consist of author panels and other activities to promote reading, education, and activism. This includes a disability panel and a diversity representation panel with disabled representation, which INCLUDAS Publishing is sponsoring.
“We want to support and inspire change for positive inclusive and diverse experiences,” comments Luda Gogolushko, INCLUDAS Publishing Founder. “This is our first sponsorship partnership and we want to do what we can to push disability representation and accessibility forward. Because paving new paths for social good can inspire others to join in.”
